WORST DECISION IVE EVER MADE! This company lies from day one. A very nice gentleman helped me and answered all my questions and did a real good job of making me feel comfortable. If it's too good to be true it is! I was promised that he was the only person I would be dealing with and also told me It was month to month and I could cancel anytime. I get a new email from a New person every few weeks saying they are my new account manager. Number on this website takes you to ATT customer service. The number listed on their email just takes you to a voicemail and their website doesn't even have contact info just a support email. No one has ever called back nor returned my emails I have been sending. I asked them to not make the website that they made live and I would like the website I already have to be my main website. They removed my website without asking and made their website live so my customers get their first impression off a website with spelling errors and incorrect information. I have actually lost clients over this! I keep trying to cancel but they keep pulling money from my bank. I now have to take legal action against them and I have only been with them for a little over a few months! I had someone look into what they have done so far and not ONE "unlimited" SEO keyword is input, no back linking and no data on my site, they promised to have my page at the first page of google and nothing has been done so I don't know how they plan to do that. I understand advertising takes time and I actually didn't expect to start seeing more customers yet, but to do absolutely nothing while taking my money, I'm so upset. I am just feeling taken advantage of and lied to now I keep racking up bank fees every time they pull from my bank because they keep recharging me. Not feeling hopeful about my business future because this really damaged my reputation.

Stay away from Staylisted. This people will lie and make promises they can't keep. Initially, they will promise you the world. They will promise you to be on the top list of Google. Once they had me in contract, they wanted more money to do this and that. I explained to them, why didn't you initially tell me full cost to properly advertise me. They will give you piece meals and charge you for it as you go. I was not happy right from the outset. They even told me that I could cancel in six months which I did. I was told that even though the contract said one year I could cancel in months if I was not happy. Well, I was not happy. I cancelled. I spoke to the account manager Jesse Hernandez. I explained to him why I was cancelling; he told me if I didn't hear from Staylisted within 3 days that my cancellation was accepted. Here we are, 2 to 3 months later. I am getting calls that I am behind payments and that I am getting turned over to collections. Stay away or pay the price. Jesse Hernandez was very professional, courteous, and prompt with my questions. My complaint is with Sales. They lie to you about everything to lock you in. When I did not hear back in 3 days like I was told, I assume my cancellation was accepted and took my business elsewhere. I don't want to do business with Staylisted. Now, I have to deal with this crap. I cancel within 6 months like I was told I could but my bad for believing that when the contract says the contrary but I rather pay for a business that I did not use or like to use than to have any kind of business with Staylisted. Now, I am getting turned over to collections because I cancelled in 6 months like I was told I could. I will fight this dam liars. I was even told that if I didn't hear from them within 3 days that my cancellation was accepted. I didn't hear back from them in 3 weeks so I move on. Now, you want money for no service.
