Stay For Long scam experience

Avoid Stay For Long. They had cancelled our booking in Tenerife for three weeks and we got to know about it when we arrived to the hotel. Even at their website it still showed to us that the booking is valid. Had no accommodation and ended up paying extra 500 € for calling their customer service since they promised always to call us back and never did.

First they said that we can book any other hotel and they will pay for that. Soon they cancelled that promise. After more than 24 hours of waiting (and many calls later) they suggested a hotel over 30 km away from the city we had our holiday in which obviously was not option for us. It was not an option also since our families stayed in the same city and hotel which we had booked originally.

By luck we ended up getting a room in our original hotel since somebody had cancelled their room. In this Stay For Long didn't help and had nothing to do.

Stay For Long refused to pay fully for our accommodation and refused to pay at all our phone calls to them (500€) even though that we were forced to call them and they promised multiple times to call us back but they never called or contacted us. Also they ignored our many requests to have the recordings of our phone calls.
