Stauer review: Order # j65349780001
I am not complaining about my product, my complaint is with the person who took my order, she refused to let me use my coupon. The idem was 79$ my coupon was for 60$, regardless of price, my total order came to 116.18, she charged me 79$ plus SH 24.99, l have no problem with that, the tax,6.24$ 5.95$ insurance,l am okay with that also, l am not ok with the sales girl, bugging me to buy a coupon booklet, then l go to use it, she tells me, l can't use it on marked down items. That's my issue.
Claimed loss: She wouldn't honor my 60$ coupon
Desired outcome: I would like my coupon to be honored on another order, l understand you don't know exactly what l am saying. But, your sales person wouldn't honor my coupon. I would like to know why.
