We hired On The Level Mold & Repair Services to water proof our basement and put in a dehumidifier on October 21. We paid them $4100 and got a contract with a five year warranty. They were supposed to check every 6 months and change the filter. Everything was okay until July 1 when their worker *** came and changed the filter. We've tried calling and texting them many times but they won't come to inspect or change the filter. They're not keeping their end of the contract. They don't answer our calls or texts. We'd be happy if they came to check the basement and change the filter.

I paid over 6000.00 to have waterproofing done at the back of my house. But still getting water in my den when it rains heavy. I called this company 4 times in the last 3 weeks. Last call said someone would be out here today. Second and third calls were "hasn't anyone been out there yet". Water is coming in around the fireplace and sometimes water is half way across the den. I don't think the area (under a bedroom deck) was sealed. Water came in 3 times in the last few months. I am a 72 year old widow with COPD, it's hard for me to get the water up plus it has stained the grout on the floor. Also, my yard was left uneven which allows water to come under the deck and in the house. After spending over 6000.00, I just want it fixed so that I don't have to panic every time it rains.
