Starpoint Resort Group Inc., Geoholiday Development, LLC SRG, LLC review: Scammed us into joining their timeshare/ vacation club and misrepresented the benefits we could get with program we signed up for

Please sign us up for any class action lawsuit : armystrong. [protected]@gmail.com. They gave us a price of $15,995 then reduced the price to $5,995 for a 45 year membership and stated that we would get same benefits as someone who had a lifetime membership. Over six months later we received a phone call to help us go over our benefits to be told we only signed up for a trial period and that to gain access to the lifetime benefits we had to pay "the difference" of our locked in price minus this or that.. essentially telling us that we can't use our benefits 4,900 points per visit unless we pay an extra $5,500 to become a lifetime membership and we technically didn't own anything we were were just leasing. Aside from being very rude when questioning what we were told at the presentation, she told us why would I want to sit by a pool next to someone who paid less than me? Misrepresented the application of points to just get us to sign up. We even asked the lady doing docs when we sign the contracts about the 4900 points and she stated she just there for us to sign docs. They are scamming people and then come back for more money. I wish we recorded the conversations! Very deceptive practices!
