Standards Car Finance review: Payment allocation

Good day

I was handed over to a dept collection company by Standards Car finance last as I was in arreas
I have been making EFT payments to Standard Bank.
I have emailed the dept collection company proof of payment last year October.
They have been sending Standard bank proof of payment, till this day the money is not yet allocated.
I have contacted Standard bank several times, but they keep telling me that there is nothing they can do to assist as the account is being handed over.
The lady who wS handling my account from dept collection, she sent an email that says my account its no longer with them.
I have explain this to Standard bank but they said I should keep email the proof of payment to Standard bank.
