StainMaster review: Carpet warranty

Bought this carpet in December

Called Lowes and they would not help

Kim just said NO to all of the problems

Installation is done poorly

Kim the supervisor said someone would go out and check the installation and No one went out

The carpet is of poor materials

(coming apart)

This carpet is the worst coming apart through out the living room

Stain master will NOT refund?

Why is this company even still in business?

We need our money back to go to a company that follows through there warranty
