Last week, I decided to give S+S Hair & Beauty a try for my hair colouring and trimming needs. I made an appointment for 11.30am on Tuesday 8 March and was excited to see the results. Seri, my hairdresser, was polite and listened to my requests. She was wonderful!

However, after the colouring process, Seri was told to take her break. She apologized for the delay, but two hours later, I was still waiting for my hair to be rinsed off. I noticed that everyone who walked in was attended to, but I was left waiting. It was frustrating, and I left in disgust. I had to rinse my hair at home, which was not what I expected. I paid $70 for the terrible service, which was not worth it.

I had a similar experience six months ago when I made an appointment. When I arrived, I was told that they were very busy, and I had to wait. I asked how long, and the response was, "Whenever." I couldn't help but wonder if it was because of my race, as she wouldn't speak to a white Australian like that. It was a disappointing experience, and I left feeling disrespected.

Overall, my experience with S+S Hair & Beauty Taigum has been disappointing. The culture and behaviour of the staff are disgusting, and I wouldn't recommend this salon to anyone.

I recently visited S+S Hair & Beauty for a full head foil, but unfortunately, my experience was not a good one. The end result was not what I had expected, and I was left feeling disappointed with the service I received.

When I first saw my hair, I noticed that my head had been bleached, but the lower half of my hair below my chin had not been bleached, resulting in two different colors. I immediately went back to the store to express my concerns, and the ladies there advised me to email the manager.

After emailing the manager, I was asked to come back to the store. The manager re-bleached my hair and assured me that it would all be the same color once it was toned. However, I made it clear that I did not want my hair to be any lighter than the current tone, and I did not want any more bleach on my head.

Despite my concerns, the staff at S+S Hair & Beauty were confident that the only way to achieve the same color throughout my hair was to bleach it all. Unfortunately, the end result was not what I had hoped for. My hair was now a full blonde color that did not suit me at all. I couldn't even go to the office because it was too blonde and didn't look good on me.

To make matters worse, the process was not even a full head foil anymore. It was just a full color on my hair, and the salespeople were quick to compliment me to make me feel better. However, I knew that the end result was not what I had wanted, and I felt like I had wasted my money.

Overall, my experience at S+S Hair & Beauty was not a good one. The staff were overconfident and did not listen to my concerns. I even showed them a photo of what I wanted, but it was not taken into consideration. I would not recommend this salon to anyone, and I have posted photos of my before and after experience to show others what they can expect.
