On 05/01/23 I made two transfers from my credit union bank account into my cash app account. 1st transfer was $900.00 & 2nd transfer was $786.00. I made 6 transactions after the $900.00 deposit which left $383.87 available then the 2nd deposit of $786 was made which left $1169.87 available. Within an hour of making the 2nd deposit, I checked my available balance and it was only $104.00 but there were no additional transactions, pending or completed, that could be seen in the activity section on cash app to explain where $1,065.87 had suddenly gone. I called cash app support twice and spoke with a representative both times. I was told that there had been a technical issue that affected some of my transactions from March 28th - April 20th & this had caused funds to be credited to my available balance instead of being deducted when I made purchases, specifically at Wal-Mart. The error was corrected and cash app had deducted the funds I supposedly received in error. I explained that I check my balance after every purchase is completed and at no point did I gain funds when making purchases and everything on my end shows as complete. I was told I couldn't see the transactions in question due to the technical issue. I have repeatedly asked for the dates of the affected transactions and have received generic responses such as "we can confirm the technical issue affecting transactions from March 28th - April 20th has been corrected. I do not feel I have been given adequate information and evidence of an error that would accurately result in $1,065.87 being deducted without prior notification. I have no reason to believe or accept a technical issue even occurred as no proof of this error has been provided to me as requested.

Desired outcome: Request information to prove their was a technical issue, date issue was discovered by cash app, evidence of funds added to my account in error & a list of the transactions involved. I want my funds returned.
