Spytec GPS, Inc. is a total ripoff! They've been charging me for a card that I never even use. It's a total scam and I'm so angry about it. I can't believe they've been getting away with this for years. Don't trust them!
I got the Spytec GL 300 and used the hard wired kit to install it
I got the Spytec GL 300 and used the hard wired kit to install it. Later, I got the water proof case but it didn't have an opening for the hard wired kit. I tried to contact Spytec online but it was useless. I got a message from Jeffrey B. in electronics asking me to call him at an extra cost of $26 to discuss the issue. The unit works fine but Spytec's customer service is terrible. If I could, I would return it but I know I won't get my money back. Avoid Spytec, it's a total rip off.

I've been getting charged by Spytec for almost a year now, even though I canceled my subscription in writing and over the phone. I've had to call them multiple times and dispute the charges every month, and thankfully my credit card company has been able to credit me back. It's frustrating because I don't want to cancel my credit card since I have so many other accounts set up for monthly billing. But every month, I have to be on top of things and catch their sneaky billing tactics. It seems like they do this on purpose, hoping people will forget. They're definitely not trustworthy and should be punished for their scamming ways. I'm looking into my options for taking legal action against them.

I got this plan from Spytec GPS, Inc. on 5/31/2022. I thought I canceled it on 8/15/22 and 8/29/22, but my card was still charged *** for both plans. I was confused, but the agent explained that I activated the tracker with a yearly sub instead of monthly, so my payment stayed active. They suggested removing the tracker from my account to cancel any future payments. I didn't know I had to do that, but now I do.
