SPServicing review: Try to get loan modification or a deferred payment same as othe complaints here they are doing the same to me

I call everyday to speak to someone it’s the same as everyone else I’m getting nowhere they keep asking me for the same paperwork over and over again I have been doing this since COVID and now I have a sale date for foreclosure July 8 2023 they are doing nothing to help me I don’t u derstand what is going on why aren’t they helping and now I see they are doing the same to others
