It has been over 20 days since my aunt moved in her new purchased home in sun city az and she transferred the solar in her name and paid the fees and monthly lease and credit check and everything (not cheap) but she still has not been able to connect it and get it going. Supposedely the invertor is wrong and the previous owner opened a ticket for repair which was supposed to be done by closing but not enough time and was then cancelled since the new ownership and a new repair ticket was opened in my aunt's name but she is 76, can't hear and her english is very limited, so I had to do all this emailing and communicating with spruce power from the beginning, but suddenly they are not talking to me because... Get this: "I am not listed on the account!" talking about customer service pssst...

Contact Spruce Power's customer service again, requesting to be added as an authorized contact on the account, given your aunt's age and language barriers. Emphasize the delay in resolving the inverter issue and insist they expedite the repair process. If they continue to be uncooperative, consider escalating the matter to a consumer protection agency or exploring legal advice for assistance in resolving the problem.
