Sportstech.de review: F10 Treadmill

I bought an F10 treadmill for 480.00 euros in September 2022. A few months ago the drive belt started to slip then it came off completely. It cannot be put back on because it turns out the machine I thought was german made is in fact Chinese and the drive belt was glued to the rod that turns the treadmill instead of properly afixed and the glue has broken which means the drive wheel moves up and down the rod. since the 24/08/23 I have repeatedly contacted the company sportstech. de but apart from automated responses have not heard one word from them and their web site has no other way of communicating with them, not that they would deign to answer I am sure.
