Spirit Logistics Network review: Damaged to custom double doors

Ordered a refrigerator from Lowes about four weeks ago. When they delivered it I told the delivery personnel that deliveries are normally made through our side door. She measured and said it wouldn't work. So she then measured the front double doors and said it would have to go through there. However after 20 minutes struggling they couldn't get it in and then brought it back to the side door, took it down and then brought it in.

Two days later I opened the double doors to sweep, and discovered damaged to one of the wooden doors and the frame. I contacted Spirit Logistics and have been stressed out every since. They offered $125 to have the door fix (a joke!) or for me to select two companies and submit the invoice. Well all the companies I contacted stated they could not patch the custom wood door, that they would have to replace it. And because my doors are double (which means they are a set) the entire set would have to be replaced. Well now Chelsie Jones of Spirit Logistics Network informs me through a series of email that they are only responsible for one door since they caused one door to be damaged. Well, Ms. Jones. the doors are a SET. Because one was damaged along with the frame, the SET would have to be replaced. I'm stressed, hurt, angry, tired and felt that this is an idea situation of a big company taking advantage of its customer just because they feel they can. Well, not me. I am going to take this complaint to every inch of that company because they are trying to get over. If the damaged never would have been caused, I would never have had to deal with this. But now someone I'm at fault for damaged that they caused. I'm stressed for damaged that they caused. I'm overwhelmed with damaged they cause.
