Spirit Logistics reviews and complaints

I ordered a refrigerator from Lowe’s. SL came out to deliver it without it be strapped down. It was laying on its side when they opened the door. They brought it in and it was scratched and dented. I contacted Lowes and they set up for them to bring another refrigerator the next day. The next day they came but didn’t bring hand trucks to bring it in the house. My husband had to let them use his. While bringing in the house they tore off the copper piece on the back of the refrigerator, used my husbands tools to put it back on. While taking out the dented refrigerator they tore the threshold into my den into three pieces. The driver didn’t even say anything. I had to mention it to him and he said oh yeah I took a picture. When the finally left my husband looks out and they had left packing styrofoam on the road at my driveway he had to go clean up.

I contacted the manager Jack Hamilton and he never returns calls nor emails. I had to send two estimates, paperwork and pictures. It’s been 2 weeks now and I can’t get an update and I have messed up floors. My Lowe’s tells me just in that store alone they have 35 other cases. This company needs to be put out of business.

They call themselves a delivery company but don’t bring straps or hand trucks. It’s a joke!

My name is Robert Greer I work for a spirit logistics I delivered for Lowe's for Corbin Kentucky I work there for about a month never received a check from them never paid me for any of my services and I have not been able to keep in contact with anybody for a spirit logistics none of them return my calls they owe me a month worth of work thank you

I worked for Spirit as a delivery driver. I have yet to see the money they owe me. They have shorted me numerous times on my check. They try every reason not to pay the delivery drivers. The people in charge are worthless. They do not return calls and think we are just supposed to accept the fact they owe me over $6,000.00. I, just like a lot of people live paycheck to paycheck. How does a big corporate business get away with stealing from the little guy. With the price of gas and me having to pay my helpers. I am in the hole. They should all be ashamed of themselves. I believe in carma.
