I booked an at home car wash with extras, based on information on infornmation on Spiffy's web site and verbal communication with a Spiffy customer service rep. I tried to book for 2:00 PM on Saturday, July 16, 2022 but was told my customer service rep that was to late in day because service took several hours. I booked for 12:00 noon. service rep showed up on time and was completed with service in less than one hour. I had previously seen Spiffy service my neighbours car and it took most of afternoon. There was little physical evidence to indicate the full service agreed upon was done. There was very little water on drive to indicate through washing and shampooing. Small bits of trash were on the cargo area mat that indicated poor vacuuming, if any. Condition of car body had flakes of dust or other articles still on the body, which did not support a throutgh waxing. Also, the service nearly destroid a temporary tag I had on the car awhiting a specialty tag. I complined to Spiffy by E-mail. The area supervisor called me and I related the above to him. I'm not quoting him exactly but he told me my car was in such a condition it did not need all the service I had requested and paid for. I asked him for and adjustment in price since full service was not rendered. He told me that was not possible. I terminated the conversation without further comments.
