Jan 12 I purchased a spendwell loadable Visa card through Dollar general because the lady at the store told me that I would be able to link that to another external bank account to move the money that I had loaded on the card to the other card which I could not and so therefore I went back to Dollar general to get a refund they told me I had to contact the number on the card so I did they said to send a documents to premium underscore fax @ incomm.com with the card the package the receipt my ID front and back my address and my email and phone number I did sent that all on the 12th they told me to wait 10 days now they're telling me that they don't have any information to give me and that I could not get a refund and I do want my money I don't want the card because I can't even check my stuff online or anything because it doesn't recognize the card
