I bought a spendwell prepaid debit card from dollar store and got home actived the temporary debit card and was waiting on the permanent card to arrive t to 7 days I called customer service about r time in those days too make sure that balance was still 50$I had put on it they told me yes 50 on it got permeant card actived it down loaded the app and login and the balance said 0$ called customer service they look at my account and said the balance was 0$ but also said there wasn't no transportation on My account then could give me no answer where my money was so they transferred me and transferred me again till the last guy said all of a sudden there was a transaction but couldn't tell me the name so I got mad and hung up they are some incompetent idiots so now I got scammed out of My 50$ don't buy spendwell debit card [censored] meta bank
This company should be shut down they are thieves

A friend purchased my spend well card with $50 loaded onto the temporary card. I've gotten as far as registering and I can't get it to register and I'm getting denied everywhere I go. This $ wasn't mine from the beginning and it was my elderly father-in-law's who was sending it to his son in jail so they could speak on the phone. The elderly man has been ill with heart concerns so this has only made him stress more. I can't comprehend why anyone would want to scam people especially persons who have hardly any money at all. This is uncalled for and disgusting! I want to return the card so I can receive my $ back.

GARBAGE! Gets declined EVERYWHERE even with a balance! Absolute SCAM!
I loaded money on this card over 24 hours ago and its still pending ! Do not water your time nor money on that crap card. Any other prepaid card is way better!
