Speedpay Pacific review: Charged my mother's account

I want to complaint about Speedpay Pacific. This company charged my mother’s account for $41. I called them and told that we never ordered from them and we want money back. However they insisted that we ordered and they can’t help us. How my mum can order smth if she even doesn’t have PC?
