Spectrum review: Prejudice and free phone offer (with your internet)

You can't give me enough to fix what they put our daughter through. She is black period. She is an adopted beautiful child that is now 22 and works for a large restaurant and they love her. She is a beautiful soul and went to Catholic Schools her entire life. To treat her less than okay is just sickening to me. To not allow my mother to use the restroom when starting service (after they called to tell us they offered cheaper phone service if we had internet), and heading to their office in Oscoda Michigan when my phone fell into the water, it was the only option north. It was right after grandpa, dad and my mother's husband passed away and girls weekend. Then after telling us we weren't going to be able to use our phones since they marked us fraud it was digusting to me that they then would not allow also my mother a restroom after leaving me in their office for hours while they spoke with someone at their main office and they told the girl in the store "they are to not be allowed "flagged for fraud from Spectrum". I asked if I could speak to them and she stated
NO" . It would take time to clear our use of our own phone numbers after porting them. They also shut off the entire parks internet claiming no servicing allowed. The park told then it was not my service I was private (not included in the park), since the park fired them for bad service. Then my service was shut off even though the park stated they could service me anytime. I was on my own privately paid service to keep my realty company safe. Then they raised the phone due to not having internet and would not allow it where I live to combat the high mobile costs. There was nothing we could have done differently.
