Sparkpaws review: Scam alert! Do not order from them!

DO NOT order from this company! **Beware: Positive reviews appear to be bots or paid customers** I have been waiting for over a month for my order that was supposed to arrive before Christmas. I placed my order over 3 weeks before Christmas. The tracking information given shows my order is STILL in China, with no movement or updates since 12/05/2024 (over 4 weeks ago). Their “Customer Service” is an absolute joke, and primarily consists of AI/Bots for that offer no assistance or solutions. I have reported this company to my bank, PayPal, etc., and encourage others to do so, as this is a fraudulent company. Had I known that this was a Chinese company, and seen the vast majority of reviews calling out this scam, I would have taken my business elsewhere. Now I am in the time consuming process of trying to get a refund. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY!
