Spark Driver review: Store open 17hrs and Spark Driver still didn't delivery at all!

Walmart Ludington Michigan. Ordered small microwave evening of 30 Dec with store to door delivery 31 Dec. Spark Driver never picked order and delivered as stated. Call to check and was told it would be delivered by 7:30pm, called again at 8:30 and was promised delivery by 9:30pm. Store was open from 6:00AM until 11:00pm, 17hrs, and they couldn't pick up a 26lb small microwave and drive it 2.6 miles (6 minutes one way) to a 88yr old man that has severe back problems and has a hard time walking. I ordered the microwave and live 6.5hrs away. I could have driven there, picked it up, delivered it, set it up, had lunch and drove 6.5hrs home and store would have still been open! These people just don't care. What if it had been a grocery order?
