Recommendation: There should be an option when a driver is assigned for the shopper to elect an English as a primary language option to mitigate the headache that I have been experiencing for the last 5 years. Give me the option as to who delivers my groceries. These people don't understand or blatantly disregard anything in English. Recommendation for Spark, better vetting of drivers with non-American language comprehension.
