Sotramont / Bois Franc review: new home purchase

Similar to other complaints, I too have unresolved issues. We purchased our home and were given false information. After closing, we followed up on the issue and they said it would be resolved in the Spring since the issue was relating to the outside of the home. We patiently waited until Spring. They then decided to ignore all of our requests. Finally, they answered that they would not be willing to do anything with our problem. Please beware of this builder! I have heard of many stories of them having horrible after sale service. If you do decide to purchase make sure you do not close with them until all of your issues are resolved as you will never hear from them again.
