Winnet. Pedi quick. File buff and paint. Supposed to take 3o minutes. Person that made the booking Abigail. Abigail is not hete today. Winnet never spoke to me about what services she will today. I was left all by myself for 1 hour without attendance. No communication between Winnet. Nail technician simply ignored me and left me alone. Correct way is to communicate. But in this case utterly ignorance and no customer service satisfaction. My rate for Winnet is zero. Service delivery zero. Customer satisfaction zero. Will refer this service to other clients never. Bad experience
