Sooneride review: Transportation

My appointment was at 10 am. I was collected and dropped for my appointment 20 minutes early. I got into my appointment early and had to wait on transport for 25 minutes before I was collected. I was told I had to ride to Norman to collect two other people and was told they were late. My next appointment was for 12.30 allowing two hours from my pick up to get home. We never left Norman till 11.47 then making no way to my next appointment. I had to cancel because of their services without any choice.

The gentleman said he’s ride was late in picking them up which made their appointment late.
