The hotel did not have a key machine to make room keys. The whole three night stay we had to have someone from the desk open our room door every time we left the room.
Because we prepaid and they said they would have it fixed by the first morning we stayed. But three nights later it still was not fixed and we had no key to our room. totally dependent on the front desk help to get in our room.
Hor wire should not have this hotel on their list. I have had good success with hotwire until now.
What can be done about getting at least a partcial refund?
