Someday.ph review: Refund not received from the seller

I ordered a thumbler, umbrella, pencil holder and tissue, a pencil holder and tissue came to me. They should have told me first that they were missing to send it. I hope they returned my money that was paid thru gcash since they had my order for one week. before it came to me then when it came to me my order January 17, 2022 said I'll wait what date now that february will end I still don't have my refun it would have been better if it was only 50 pesos but it's 370..
