Starting A Class Action Lawsuit Against Soba Kaw I am putting together a class action lawsuit against Sobakawa Cloud Pillow & National Express. (the Company that handles their ordering & shipping). I called from an info-commercial and ordered 2 pillows for $19.99, it was an automated ordering process. At the end of the call they said my total was $175 and thanked me and hung up. I had no way to cancel my order or to confirm/deny the total. I looked online and found multiple threads with 100's of people who had experienced the same thing. I still as of this date haven not received my money back and I've rejected the 7 boxes of pillows that were sent to my house. Every time I have contacted the company they have told me there is nothing they can do. This has to stop.
