Customer service isn't very good actually. It took forever to get here and didn't arrive on time. I don't really like it.

Snaptee is an online platform that allows users to design and create their own custom t-shirts. While the concept is great, I have to say that my experience with their customer service has been quite disappointing.

Firstly, it took an incredibly long time for my order to arrive. I understand that there can be delays, but this was beyond reasonable. It felt like forever before I finally received my package.

To make matters worse, the delivery didn't even arrive on time. I had ordered the t-shirt for a special event, and it was supposed to be here before the big day. However, it ended up arriving late, which was a major letdown.

Overall, I must admit that I'm not a fan of Snaptee. The combination of poor customer service and late delivery has left a sour taste in my mouth. I was really excited about designing my own t-shirt, but the whole experience has been quite disappointing.

I hope that Snaptee takes these issues seriously and works on improving their customer service and delivery times. It's important for businesses to prioritize their customers' satisfaction, and unfortunately, Snaptee fell short in that aspect.

I ordered my shirt back in February, and it's now May, but I still haven't received it. I reached out to them for help, but they never assisted me!

I wouldn't recommend spending your hard-earned cash on this company, mate! They've got a real problem with their clothing sizes, you know? I ordered a size L, but when it arrived, it was more like a size S-M. Can you believe that? They told me that if I sent it back, they'd sort it out and send me a new one. Well, guess what? It's been a whopping 2 months, and I haven't heard a peep from them. No response to my emails, no sign of the promised sweater. I'm telling you, I'm absolutely gobsmacked.

I recently purchased a couple of tee shirts from Snaptee and boy, was I in for a surprise! I ended up shelling out more than $50 for these babies, and mind you, that's even after applying a coupon. Can you believe it? And to top it off, it took an eternity for them to finally make their way to my doorstep. I mean, seriously, it felt like I was waiting for ages!

But wait, the disappointment didn't end there. Oh no, not at all. When I finally got my hands on these supposedly fabulous tees, I couldn't help but notice how ridiculously tiny they were. I ordered a men's Xlarge, but it looked more like a shirt made for a little kid. I mean, come on, I'm not asking for a circus tent here, but a decent size would have been nice.

And let's not even get started on the quality of the prints. One of the tees had an image that was so blurry, I could barely make out what it was supposed to be. It was like looking at a Picasso painting, but without the artistic charm. I was beyond disappointed with the overall quality of the items. It felt like such a waste of my hard-earned money.

All in all, my experience with Snaptee was far from satisfactory. The hefty price tag, the never-ending wait, the minuscule size, and the blurry prints all added up to one big letdown. I wouldn't recommend wasting your money on this website, folks. Save yourself the trouble and find a better place to get your tee shirt fix. Trust me, you'll thank me later.
