With Hurricane Ian expected I made a reservation because we were in a Zone A mandatory evacuation area. I originally made the reservation for two nights. Then extended the reservation for three nights. However, immediately after, the mandatory evacuation was extended to Zones B and C as well. My husband called the hotel reservation folks and they said they would be evacuating the hotel, and that we would not be able to stay there. Frantically, we had to make other arrangements during a very stressful time. The hotel should have notified us ahead of time that they were in a Zone B evacuation zone, and that we would not be able to stay. They also neglected to tell us that they did not have a generator at the hotel. We cancelled the reservations. We never stayed at the hotel. It is not our fault the hurricane shifted and the Zone B evacuation was cancelled. I'm sure you folks can understand. Please advise.

Please contact the hotel to resolve directly with them for possible refund, obtain written(email) confirmation and provide it to us. In the rare case the hotel sends you our way, please ensure you get confirmation that they will discount or refund your stay. We will require that to process your case. Valid confirmation includes an email or written document from the hotel management team outlining the date of stay, guest name, SuperTravel order ID and the extent of the refund.

Hilton has done nothing. My bank Capital One has done nothing. Snap Travel has done nothing. No one is doing anything to resolve the issue.

Desired outcome: Credit to my account for $403.91. Cancelled reservation within 24 hrs. Never stayed there due to possible evacuation. Never offered any assistance. Terrible company.
