So, I ordered my first SmoothieBox on the 15th of last month. Unfortunately, it seems like it got stuck in Vegas and probably melted. I was pretty disappointed, but I reached out to customer service and they were really helpful. They offered to send me a replacement box, which was supposed to go out three days ago. However, it seems like it's just stuck somewhere and hasn't moved since then.

I really want to give SmoothieBox a chance because I've heard great things about their smoothies, but I'm starting to lose hope. I think they really need to find a new shipper because this is just not working out. I'm hoping they can figure it out soon because I'm really excited to try their smoothies.

Overall, I think SmoothieBox has potential, but they need to work out some kinks in their shipping process. I'm going to hold off on ordering another box until I hear that they've found a new shipper.

SmoothieBox is not a good choice for those who want good customer service. The management is not good and they don't seem to care about their customers. If you have any problems with shipping or billing, they won't help you. They don't seem to care about their loyal customers either. It's better to choose a different smoothie brand or make your own smoothies. This company should not be in the market.

When I found out that another box was being pushed through, I called right away to cancel. The lady on the phone told me that she could do nothing about it because the one person who handles these things was in the hospital. She also said that even if I returned the box, they would keep my money. I insisted that she speak with the manager. The next day, I received an email saying that they were keeping my money, and I was stuck with a product I didn't want. They didn't care about their customers at all, and I regret not finding out sooner. I wish I had never made the mistake of ordering a single box. The one time I asked for customer service in a year, they did absolutely nothing. They made no effort to make it right whatsoever. It was basically a big "F U" to me. They even lied and said that the box was already sent, but I checked, and it wasn't. That was further confirmed by the fact that I didn't get an email from them saying it was on the way until a solid day after calling in. It's pure greed on their part. This company will not survive if they continue to treat their customers this way.

I also want to point out that their policy is ridiculous. What's the point of notifying customers of a delivery when it's too late to stop it? It's just a waste of time.
