From start to finish, excellent service. Scheduling with Smoke Alert was easy and quick. The service provided by their technician was top notch, professional, and very informative. He walked me through every step of the way, highlighting what he was doing along with recommendations for any needed repairs. First time using their service and will definitely not be my last.

Very professional, very thorough. Ive had this service done before by a different vendor and realize now the difference between vendors who advertise they provide this service vs Smoke Alert who did an awesome recognizably excellent job. My confidence in the work that was performed left me feeling good about the service. Will definitely use them again in the future!

This is the second time I have used them. This time I had them check out my gas logs and get my fireplace in working order as it hadn't been used in 10 or 15 years. Chandler did a thorough job of cleaning out the fireplace. He lit the pilot and turned on the logs and showed me how to do the same. He made sure everything was working properly. Will be using them again.

Chandler came out on 4-20 to clean our dryer vent. He was on time it was a rainy day but he never complained being on a ladder in the weather. He was very polite, professional & very informative. He explained everything he did. Very reasonable prices. I will definitely use them again. We are both retired from the fire service so knowing they are Firefighters is great.

My inspector Jason was very friendly. He was knowledgeable and detailed in his explanation of the process as he also showed me the chimney through his camera. Gwen in the office was very kind and helpful. And Chris, the manager was awesome working with my short term situation in payment. They promptly got the job done. I would definitely recommend this team to anyone!

I called Smoke Alert for routine dryer vent cleaning. Blake was on time, professional, knowledgeable and explained everything to be done and the results. Finally, he gave me recommendations to keep my home safe. I also decided to replace my transition duct which was a good recommendation. I used them in my previous home in and will use them in my current home and recommend them to friends.

We have used Smoke Alert for several years for both Dryer Vent Cleaning and to service our gas fireplace logs. Last year we they replaced gas logs that were old and no longer working. They also replaced our chimney cap. These folks use staff that also work as firefighters. They are very safety conscious, hard working and efficient. They are also very pleasant to do business with. We highly recommend them.

Very pleased with their service. Had them come to clean the dryer vent, which they did, but in addition appreciated the fire safety inspection. They suggested we have fire extinguishers in the kitchen and bedroom and a new transition duct for the dryer. They have the fire extinguishers but are not at all pushy about you buying from them. I will call them again in the fall to have my gas fireplace checked out.

The smoke alert home fire safety technician was very knowledgeable and friendly. He measured the air speed exiting my vent, cleared out my dryer vent, and inspected the condition of all related parts. My fire extinguisher had expired, and he had brand new ones available to me at a very competitive price. He explained which types were best for different parts of my home. I will continue to use this company because it is much more customer- focused than its competitors.

Blake and Josh cleaned the vents and thoroughly checked my detectors and the extinguishers, replacing two that were outdated. Blake had done total duct replacements to code for our home and then my daughter's home years ago with such excellence that we choose no one but Smoke Alert and especially Blake. He and Josh were so professional and so gracious that I ask them to put me on automatic appointment system to keep the vent clean. Couldn't be anymore pleased with the service than I am .Wonderful!

Jason B was amazing installing my Enviro fireplace insert today... it's absolutely beautiful and makes the home warm! He was very knowledgeable and polite as well as just plain nice. On my first visit from him he evaluated my dryer, recommended a new outside vent cover, which I got the next day. He also took the time to look at my fire alarms ... I never could remember the wired in from my ADT ones... he explained! I am very impressed with this company and will recommend to my family and friends.

I have been using Smoke Alert Home Fire Safety for several years to have my fireplace and gas logs checked and cleaned and to clean the hose and vent from my clothes dryer. While performing these services, they also check to ensure that my smoke and carbon monoxide alarms are working properly and that my fire extinguishers are adequate and not out of date. These services are provided by a group of professional firefighters, and the peace of mind I receive is priceless. I highly recommend this company!

Blake from Smoke Alert came out to clean my dryer vent & give me a fire safety check for my home. My smoke detectors were old so he replaced those with smoke/carbon monoxide combo units. Also installed smoke detectors in each bedroom. I feel like my house is now prepared and up to code. Blake was very nice & explained everything he did. Was a great experience. They give up front pricing so no hidden fees plus they are firemen so they know what we should have in our homes. I highly recommend Smoke Alert & will definitely use them again when needed.

I highly recommend Smoke Alert. I called them to clean my dryer vent because an appliance repair man recommended them. I'm embarrassed to say I had never had that service done since I moved into my house in 2007. Chandler was prompt, professional, and knowledgeable, and I was impressed by how much he taught me. He also checked my smoke detectors, carbon monoxide detector, and recommended a new transition duct for the dryer (only $30). He was very thorough and did not have an annoying "sales pitch" (which I detest). Overall, I give Smoke Alert a 5 out of 5 stars, and I plan to call them again for a gas fireplace inspection/service.

Our neighbors referred us to Smoke Alert and we are so glad they did. From the initial call to set up an appointment until we said goodbye to Travis everything was easy and professional. Travis called to give us an eta and he arrived exactly on time. We were pleased to see he was wearing a mask. He was very friendly and went right to work explaining very clearly everything he was doing and what he found. He made some suggestions regarding our fire extinguishers and also our dryer vents. He also did a fire assessment on our home and checked the smoke detectors.. We would highly recommend this company. The fact that all the employees are active firefighters added an extra layer of confidence for us. Thank you Travis!

Excellent Service. Lonnie was super friendly and helpful. Not only did he clean out my dryer vent but he also replaced all my smoke detectors (with the lithium battery 10 year life models). My old (9v battery type) ones were coming up on their their 10 year anniversary so it made sense to switch to the new lithium back-up battery detectors and not have to worry about replacing the battery every one to two years. Lonnie even had a home fire extinguisher on his truck (something I have been meaning to purchase for the past 10 years) and he installed it exactly where I wanted it. Have used Smoke Alert over the past 7 years now and everyone from the schedulers to the firemen who are doing the work are helpful and friendly!
