Awful customer support and website stability
I just registered for real estate pre-license course and there are lots of bugs in their website for which I couldn't start my course. For help I tried to reach out to their support team but no response on chat and call. I wanted refund .For that also, I sent them email, waited hours in chat and in call but no response for last 3-4 days. very frustrating and dissatisfied. Full time waste. If I don't get any response, I will dispute my credit card transaction.
Recommendation: Avoid CEShop
