The La Quinta office provided defective replacement teeth and was charged on a Comenity Bank Credit Card. Within 30 days of the work becoming defective I contacted the Bank to stop payment and filed a dispute. After 7 months, while I had made all payments on time, they finally removed the charges and were going to refund my overpayment. My 7-31-23 statement showed a zero balance and a $1900.00 overpayment. Before refunding me the overpayment they allowed the Dentist to re charge the fees and put me at square one again. I found that Comenity Bank was just a collection arm of Smile Generation and offered no protection to the Consumer. They co-op with many types of companies and offer their Credit Card, BEWARE of UNSRUPULOUS PRACTICES IN SUPPOERT OF SELLERS.

My husband and I contacted this company several times thru a phone call, email, and a written request on our statements that we did not want paper statements. We were totally ignored and continued to get an added charge of $2.99 to our statements. We always sent our payment in ahead of the due date but yet here came the statement in the mail. We paid in full and received an email acknowledging they received the payoff 2/5/2026. On 2/23/26 we get a paper statement in the mail stating we owe $2.99 for the statement. We should not have to pay for statements when we requested not to have them. We have continued to try and opt out of statements since 10/30/26 to 01/26/26. We also discussed this problem with Reno Modern Dentistry. They were of no help. AVOID this company. No Customer Service.
