Slip and Fall review: In store parking lot located at Aldi on Duke Street, Alexandria VA

On January 5, 2024, at 6:45pm upon walking out of the ALDI store I slipped and fell fracturing my right wrist severely. It is unclear of the cause of the fall, but I am reporting this incident so the cameras can be reviewed. The incident occurred at the ALDI's located at 4580 Duke Street, Alexandria VA.

I did not purchase a lot of items and was not carrying many bags. After the fall I called 911 to take me to the emergency room. I am an employee at INOVA and needed to be transported there. The ambulance took too long so I drove myself to the emergency room with my left hand.
