On the 28 September 2018 we have sent off a parcel from Cape Town Depo to Braamfontein, Two weeks later our customer notified us that he has not yet received his Parcel, we then contacted skynet and they advised that we contact Skynet Johannesburg, after many emails and calls we were told that they can not locate the customers parcel, and that they would do a investigation on the driver.

that was two weeks ago we are now in November and still no feedback, we eventually sorted out our customer using another courier company and 3 days later the customer received his parcel and we are still waiting on skynet to get back to us.
