SKtrading Japan – Car

Hello team,

This is to kindly bring to your attention a complaint I have against SKTrading (cc'd).

I was trying to source a car for importation to Kenya. I made a payment of USD1400 for a Mazda CX5 car to be supplied by SKTrading as per attached invoice. Sktrading was going to refund the full amount within 14 working days. It has been almost a month now and the refund hasn't been processed yet.

Kindly assist with investigating this issue since I need my money back soonest. I have attached the proof of payment as well.
