It was during Covid time that a sales person named Marnu visited us at our home in Bloemfontein.

He presented the product to us and entered into an oral agreement regarding a money-back guarantee if I do not manage to understand the program as I told him in no uncertain terms and in front of 3 witnesses that I am worried about the fact that I am not skilled in technology nor shares. It was on this ground solely that I was willing to risk buying the product and the fact that he committed to be available to assist me if I decide to cancel the buy.

Needless to say that when I phoned him a year later to cancel he told me that he did not work for Share tracking any longer and that I have to contact the office. In doing that I was told that there is no such thing as a money back guarantee at all!

Surely Marnu made a misrepresentation and had the intention of trapping me into the sale which I anticipated and that is why I said I will only buy the product if I have the assurance that there is a moneyback guarantee if I do not get to manage it or do not make a profit. His exact words was "just give me a year" and that I did but still the program did not work. I had numerous information sessions and did all the webinars available as well as the online training.
