was a long term customer who purchased many times from Krush Kandy Boutique. I placed an order and paid for it on 1/14. KK still has my payment and still has not shipped my order. Ive tried to be patient. I understand they moved their business from Arizona to Utah. I have contacted them several times to resolve my order and payment with the owner, but they still cannot tell me when my order will ship. They will not give me a refund and now they will not even respond to my requests. I just want resolution
