I received billings on my credit card on:7/28/22 $1.95, 7/29/22 $59.99, I called the phone number above to tell them that I did not order anything from them and shouldn't be charged. They said that they would send credit. On 9/17/22 received a credit of $59.99. I noticed that there was another charge on 8/28/22 of $59.99 on the statement and called them again. They told me that after 30 days they couldn't do anything about it but they would try to get me the credit. I called a couple of more times to check if the credit was made without a positive result. On 9/24/22 I canceled my credit card and ordered a new one. On 10/17/22 I noticed more charges of $1.95 and $59.99 on my new credit card.

I will call them again but do not think I can get my money back.

I went online tonight to getSMBsupport.com and couldn't find my transactions to request a refund. It states: To find, manage or cancel your subscription, please start by using the form below to search for your subscription on starlightmatches.com. I have never been to starlightmatches.com.
