SimonMed review: Unprofessional, avoid at all cost

I scheduled an appointment providing the doctor's order with the two codes and everything. I went today, did the check-in, I had filled-out forms and after almost one hour the radiologist/technician didn't come for me. At that point, she realized that they don't do those tests...! Why don't they read the codes from the doctor before scheduling? Why does spending 30 minutes the day before filling out the forms and then waiting in the office have zero meaning for a bunch of people there not even looking at it? Unbelievable, they make people waste their time.
