Signature Properties Management review: Rental property - no air conditioning from june 26th - july 18th

Rental Property went without Air Conditioning (AC) with temperatures soaring over 95 degrees in Richmond, Virginia from June 26th until July 18th.

This is absolutely unacceptable there is no advocacy for services to get this air conditioner unit fixed. The next appointment is July 6th. I have a friend visiting for the holiday in remission. I am certain NO one, including homeowners, would tolerated being in a hot home for the next several days.

SEVERAL months ago I sincerely hoped NOTHING else would occur with this rental - confirmation! Money is paid every month and on time!
