Sierra Window Concepts review: Extremely poor quality windows and sliding glass door

This company made it appear that they offered such high quality products and it would be done within 30 days. Purchasing 21 windows and a sliding door. We signed a contract in July and they did not do the work until October. Within a year we noticed that the windows would not close properly or completely and air was coming through. We contact the company and were told they were out of business.

5 years later we saw they were still in business. I received a call from the company representative and asked if I wanted to offer a recommendation of friends and family. I informed them of the dissatisfaction of their product and they hung up on me. Here we are still with extremely poor windows that allow the air, wind and rain in our home. I've been ill for over 5 years and going through a divorce when financially don't have the means of replacing all these windows. This is one of the worst purchases I've made for my home.
