Sicily By Car review: extra charges 2 months in the row

We have rent a car from Sicily by car company at the 7th of October 2019.
We pick up the car from airport Malpensa and we delivered it at the Rome airport.
We had been informed that the charge would be extra € 61.
we paid with our card and the extra insurance that we have chosen and the amount of the 61 euro.
On 24/12/2019 there was another charge from Sicily by car company 61 euro as well as on the 24/1/2020.
We have never give the approval to charge us 3 times the same amount.
The company should counteract these amounts and explain to us written why they have charge us?
We are waiting for a responce.
