Sia Cape Town review: Inferior quality, not what advertised, wrong size, not disclosing in their return policy that goods have to be sent back to China 1

On 4 November I ordered 2 pairs of boots and a coat from Sia Cape Town, advertised as real leather and down coat. What arrived 3 weeks later was plastic boots, shocking quality, very cheap, and the wrong size, the coat has no down filling at all. I wanted to return the boots, since the website states: easy, hassle free returns I was sent a form to fill in and an address in China to send the goods back to. This would have cost me 3 x the amount of my purchase. I asked them to have their courier pick up the goods from me, but they refused and keep on referring me to the Chinese address. They are scamming people big time. They need to be shut down and prosecuted and refund all the money to all customers who tried to send the goods back. I have initiated a dispute with the bank and asked for a credit card charge back, but I doubt whether this will be successful. I had a big loss of money which I can't afford as a pensioner, and I sit here with merchandise that no one wants.
