This is the manager from deerfield apartments in mt. orab ohio. She was arrested for assult on a resident. She is a terror to all the residents at this complex. And yes she still works there. I don't understand how she can still have her job. Everyone there is scared of her. She has a huge problem with anger and can not have a conversation without screaming and yelling. Please help!

In the past year, my rent has increased from $650 to $710 per month. This is quite a burden for me as I have a fixed income. On top of that, I have to pay an additional $100 for utilities, making the total cost $800. Considering that I earn $1,995 per month, this leaves me with only $1,000 to cover expenses such as insurance, car maintenance, and food. It feels like the rent increase is disproportionately affecting seniors like myself, while the management seems to prioritize foreigners.

Newark Village Square/Newark Green Apartments... Staff is so rude! Nothing ever gets fixed right. If the property manager and office girl are cool with you, it's all good, but if they don't like you, it's a nightmare. They'll kick you out without hesitation. Some people have their partners or friends living with them, even though they're not on the lease, and they let it slide IF they like you. There's this one guy who's been here for like 4 years, and when it's the office workers' sister's apartment, they just ignore it. I asked if my son could stay with me for 2 weeks, and they straight up said no. They have different rules depending on who they like and who they don't. This place is just plain ridiculous, I swear.

The Showe Management Corporation is really giving me a hard time. They're charging me too much money even though I've already moved out. And when I try to talk to them about it, they just ignore me and are really mean. I left the apartment because there were roaches everywhere. I asked them to fix it, but they didn't do anything in the rooms I asked them to. The roaches were even coming out of my vents! By the time I left, I had closed all my vents, but it was still a big problem. My lease was supposed to end at the end of April, but I left early on the 10th.

This place owes me $574.00 for half a month's rent! We were off lease, month to month, and JoAnne at the front office told us we'd get a refund for the half month's rent and our security deposit. That's why we left quickly to get back the rent we already paid in advance. We notified the office on 9/1 and moved out on 9/14. When we told them, they said we'd get our money back. But instead, we got a bill. A Bill! They returned our security deposit, but they deducted an inflated water bill and gave us an itemized statement. In the statement, they credited us for the 15 days, but then they charged us for those same 15 days. We weren't even there, and we had our walk-through inspection on 9/14. Now they won't return my calls. I've called them 4 times and left voicemails.

I used to live at *** apartments. I gave my 30-day notice and did a move-out inspection with the manager, Jodi. Instead of getting my deposit back, I got a bill. They said I had overpaid and would get a refund, but I never got it. I tried contacting the leasing office many times, but they didn't help. So, I contacted the corporate office and Jennifer helped me. They reversed some charges and gave me a partial refund, but it wasn't what I was owed. I contacted the corporate office again and they told me to talk to the property. The new manager, Monika, told me that she was fixing a lot of Jodi's mistakes. She worked with me for months to find the errors on my account. I gave her all the emails between me, Jodi, and the PMHA office. Finally, she figured out that SVS owed me a lot of money. She said she had to get approval from the accounting department at the corporate office. But that was in August and I still haven't received my refund. Every time I call, they say she's not in the office and will call me back. I haven't gotten any calls back and still no refund, even though it's been almost a year since I moved out.
