Shop Your Way Credit Card review: Charge card

Hello, my charge bill shop your waycard is increasing and I told them I might seek the help of an atty. And now they said I have a atty. Which I do not I cant afford one and now wont speak to me nom or connect me to their superiors or take messages correctly and wrote them messages and letters and they told me they wouldnt keep charging me interest and they called a year ago or so and disputed charges and I didnt make and asked for a supervisor and I spoke with the foreigners who didnt speak english properly and wouldnt know what am I to do about this the bills arent mine and the charges arent all mine and I told them and I got a new card that I didnt ask for with a different acct number and called sears and citibank because they are affiliated with them but it doesnt matter this isnt matter.
