So, I had a bit of a problem with Shop Top Knobs after I spent a bunch of cash on their fancy knobs. I called them up and talked to a nice guy who told me to send them an email to get it sorted out. He said they really want me to be "happy" with their stuff. So, I wrote them a nice email explaining my issue, which was all because of how they labeled their super expensive product. But, they never even said anything back to me! They didn't even try to see if they could help me out. I'm so mad about it that I'm never gonna buy their overpriced knobs again. Top Knobs is definitely at the BOTTOM of my list now!
