Been a paid Flex membership customer for 3/4 years now, their rates are higher and the service is mediocre at best.
1. Courier charges are expensive.
2. Random packages are lost with no creditability. Just refunds are alloted with no actual regret.
3. PO box address changes are informed too late (almost 15 days after the actual change).
4. Constant followup is required to make sure every package is handled properly.
5. Customs handling is randon and inefficient. Once the customs hold the package for any non-sense reason these guys will raise their hands and will not do anything about it, even when you provide all the details. (Especially true in India)
Recommendation: Highly not recommended
I am paid Flex membership customer for last 3/4 years. Recently, I package with tracking AWB [protected] was dispatached from Thailand to India on 22 Nov 2025. After 15 days of no status change, I informed the customer care about it and they asked me to be patient.
I was worried and kept following up. The package contained two head sculpts custom patient and made a one time batch. These are currently no getting made again, it's all sold out and the after market prices are $80 each.
Later on the package's tracking info. showed Singapore so I raise the issue again, and I got a similar response that they are working on it and I need to patient.
Now, today, after 3 months they emailed that the package is lost and all that they can offer is $8 refund.
* I have attached the first email and the latest, there are multiple emails in between that time about followups.
* Tracking updates screenshot is attached.
* Images from the sender for my 2 head sculpts and it's package sent to Aramex address.
* Current market value ( 2 Instagram images) for those 2 headsculpts
Now they have removed all the details of that package from the mobile app and their website so that I cannot get any information, but I am glad that I had screenshots from the past.
